Another lie, but that is what liars usually do when caught lying, they double down and tell more lies.

You don’t appraise anywhere do you?

Are you one of the underwriters who let all those fraudulent loans go through?
You know damn well that I am not an underwriter and never have been an underwriter....now you are spreading your lies in the form of a question.

Ok, I will take it you don’t appraise real estate.

I have appraised several thousand properties in my career. I don't currently appraised individual properties, but in my job as a chief appraiser is part of appraisal practice. Of course, you already know all of these things, so I have no idea what point that you are trying to make except to obfuscate and try to cover up the fact that most of what you state here on the AF has no rational basis...carry on with your lies, obfuscation, and general nonsense as i know you will, back on ignore for you....have a nice day

You are one of the people who has no regard for public trust imo, and it was a sad day you became chief appraiser for that fact. But it was a good day you stopped appraising people’s homes with no concern for public trust.

It's so kind of Fannie to see our clients will provide for us our very own inspector assistants! All these years the URAR forms required the appraiser drive by the comps and personally inspect the subject ( or be liable for trainee doing so), and puff, all that is gone, a third party can do the inspection part! And we don't even have to qualify them or know who they are! We are stuck with them, have to assume they are doing a great job...

Why now, why didn't they do it years ago if it is such a viable idea?

Does that make you think of any of the MLS photos that make a property seem different than you find out by word of mouth from the very agents involved or through other sources like your own personal observation?

You have to have a business license to do business in TN. You have to pay business taxes on your business revenue in TN. You have to have an appraisal license to perform appraisal practice in TN. We will see how they handle it. I will let you know.

all of which has absolutely nothing to do with the questions i asked you, and you quoted, so i will ask them again.

how much are you bonded for as an appraiser in TN?

what insurance, other than E&O which will do nothing, do you carry that will protect you while performing inspections?
