My REO attire is very different than my refi or purchase attire. REO attire is usually a pair of cargo shorts with lots of pockets and a Golf Shirt (something with a collar anyway). I where steal tip boots.

Refi or Purchase (where there is most likey someone at the site) it's usually Kaki's and a button shirt with collar).

The only explanation for a 2 min inspection has already been addressed. My guess is that it was a BPO or a second inspection.
