Improper Appointment To The Ncab Again

This is in my local paper TODAY! These guys have expenses....you need a recommendation for a state board seat or commission...you have to help these poor, honest politicians out with some nice contribution. It is the American way....and it is so unethical and dishonest.
As far as the NCAB goes it is now 5 appraisers and 3 non-appraisers and one AMC representitive who can be an appraiser (or not). All of the restrictions were put in the law for some very simple reasons. If the appointers want to just appoint anyone, anywhere, anytime....then the law should just be gutted. I never have any expectations that unethical people will make ethical decisions.
