Per the flyer it's voluntary now (but encouraged) and mandatory in a year for GSE Value Acceptance and hybrids.Question: Is this the form they want the PDR Data collection Dude/Dudette to use? You know Harry the aluminum can collector part Time Home Inspector. Knowing AMC Fee's for appraisers, What would they be paying Harry?
I can't imagine Harry putting up with this for Chump Change.
Man Time flies ...I have not done any work since jan 2023 or maybe it was later. anyway. Here is ,y question.
So I get the standard inspection PDR form.

Maybe I just don't know what I am talking about.
This entire first page could nearly entirely be filled automatically from public data, AI image classification and LiDar measurements.
Please read the OP.
I found the above link online. The PDC report used in a hybrid or WAIVER is more detailed then the simple PDR report shown here- ( I have no idea what that is used for )
I imagine that's their goal, scan the subject then fill with A.I. and public info. This entire first page could nearly entirely be filled automatically from public data, AI image classification and LiDar measurements.
the PDC people look like they are using home inspectors, or RE agents or property maint folks who do REO work and such - some connection to RE. ( apptaisers can do them as well). It looks like a lot of detail and responsibility for meager pay and in most cases, no guaranteed workflow- the intel I have so far is that mostly AMCs assign them and pay $75 ( I assume for an exterior) to $125 ( I assume for an interior ). Taht is chump change for someone to pay the cost of gas, drive time, do all that onsite work, then back in their office or in their car fill out the form and send it on - all on a tight deadline, one assumes, and with the usual hassle for updated from an AMC. Works out to a similar hourly rate as other gig jobs - I 'd rather do Instacart shopping and get a tip, work my own hours, and not have that pressure. I imagine there will be high turnover for PDC collection work.Man Time flies ...I have not done any work since jan 2023 or maybe it was later. anyway. Here is ,y question.

But they dont' want that. The whole point is to send someobdy out to lay eyes on the property ( and measure in some cases )This entire first page could nearly entirely be filled automatically from public data, AI image classification and LiDar measurements.
