Is UAD 3.6 the Edsel of today?

The dynamic form creates a check box type excel form that this info can be plugged into any new programs they develop to determine whatever. Makes it easier and faster for them. Unfortunately, the pounding on the key board of minutia to help them won't help us be more productive, or profitable.

In the 1004 forms you can merge part of any old appraisal or clone a template. That's not doable right now in the uad3.6. However, i have found a workaround it to do a basic template. But, i'm gonna wait to see if anybody here finds one. But a template is doable, i just love to tinker with programs. Might only share it with the people i admire here.

Just for S---s and Giggles, what software program would this "workaround" pertain to? (Need to know if I should start buttering you up or not ;) )

Funny, the answer is just soo easy. Figured it out while being so annoyed by having to type every thing again like on a new blank screen.

I could only go so many pages before my mind was screaming no mas, no mas. Fannie no want cloning/templates, but the providers are going to have to do it. There's very little original in most reports after doing so many in your areas.
