Using the sketch software (and whole numbers), I come up with 2591 sq/ft. Do you know if two of the angles are in fact 90 degrees? If so, the 2591 should be close, but if they're not, you have a much wide range of possible square footage.
If you read the legal description, it MAY help if it's metes and bounds format to determine if you have right angles you're working with.
