Can you provide us with the definition of "fraud"? Does it discuss the concept of "intent"? Have you proven "intent" to anybody satisfaction? Certainly not on here."law/regs where they are being used is to prevent people from getting away with"
FRAUD
and in this case the appraiser did not do the basic check mark on multiple items that existed.A buyer agent would tell the buyer that an appraiseer does not replace a home inspector even though FHA forces appraisers to do the basic minimal home inspection observation.
I thought I did. I can't help it if you don't get it.You still didn't answer my question.
All appraisers at one time or another forget or mischeck an item (even Dublin) on the form.and in this case the appraiser did not do the basic check mark on multiple items that existed.
How many concealed items does it take to go from negligence to fraud? Or how many pictures need to be cropped? Or how many discovery questions need to be refused stating "choosing to withhold." I agree fraud is hard to prove which is why I claimed negligence but if it walks like a duck....Can you provide us with the definition of "fraud"? Does it discuss the concept of "intent"? What I get is that you are unfairly burdening your subject because you aren't comparing apples to apples. Based on your multiple posts in other threads demonstrating your lack of knowledge on common maintenance items. I would feel safe to say that you don't understand 75% of what is in a complete home inspection report.I thought I did. I can't help it if you don't get it.
an item is different than numerous, and cropping pictures, and refusing to provide the original pictures taken at the property. All appraisers at one time or another forget or mischeck an item (even Dublin) on the form.
It's hard to prove fraud and why would appraiser not disclose to lender of a septic.
Don't need to understand 75% of home inspection report. What appraiser should look for are costly repairs that can adversely affect subject. What I get is that you are unfairly burdening your subject because you aren't comparing apples to apples. Can you prove this allegation?she intentionally cropped out multiple items in the appraisal pictures
