Smart exchange is a way for Corelogic to improve its AVM. I don't use it because I got a peek of it and realized Skippy is alive and well and now there are more of them. Wrong Photos of Comps was one error. Of course the appraiser would realize that when they met the SOW and personally drove by the comparable as they certified. Hmmmm or did they?

i like smart exchange. when i'm not sure about comp condition, or some factor, i can see the group thought. CU only works with group thought.
anybody here actually thinks that there is anything not known about you, your life, and your appraisals. just go with the flow, and learn how to use it for your benefit.
