I just recieved an appraisal request for a Jumbo loan home.
Per the loan officer, these loans or at least this particular
loan is requiring two appraisals to be completed. Anyways,
I was emailed the previous appraisal - unrequested by me
because I can really care less.
It seems as though the appraiser failed to measure the subject.
It's a good size house at a little over 5,200 square feet.
The appraiser selected to drop the floor plans into the report
with a little note "Due to the very angular nature of this plan,
the appraiser has utilized the archiectural plans to
represent the floorplan of the dwelling. County records
and the plans have been used in conjunction to verify
GLA"
Is there any issues with this?? If not, I am going to save
myself 30 minutes on site and do the same thing!
Talk to me people.
