Thank goodness, my trainee is sweating his plain old licensing exam. So were the LearnAppraising.com tests similar to the state exam?

In many ways they were similar, but the state test I took went above and beyond that.

I would really enourage him/her to use the learnappraising.com tests as a practice guide because as was stated by Brad, it helps you to understand how the questions will be asked. It's vastly different....not unreachable...just different. It definately tripped me up my first few times taking the practice test.
