Of course she knew, and I knew she knew, that the thing had been looked at last year by another appriaser in this office... that helped. :wink: particularly since the floorplan was a nightmare of curves, angles and oddities.

Don't ya love it? When that happens here, I feel smug, happy, "like I put one over on them" and "like I know a secret".....almost like Friday night 6 p.m. and got a lot of checks that day, or it's Monday morning and all the lenders are closed today! ! :wink:

HA (Harried Appraiser): Let me see. I should be working on that report on Friday. You’ll have it in your email by Monday morning.

LO: What? Friday. I sent you that order in two weeks ago!

HA: That's right.

HA: (Answer #1) In case you haven't noticed, interest rates have fallen and a lot of people are refinancing right now. All orders are being done in the order that they were received.
