Judge thinks it's worth 18 mil. LOL Anyone want to go and do the appraisal on it? LOL These liberal political figures are so fing clueless.
That’s incorrect-the judge never said that it’s worth 18 mil-he was referring to the Tax assessor’s value placed on the property.

MAGA FORUMITES....
Just don't want to hear that....
And/or accept that....

For the longest time when I first moved here the County tax assessor valued everything at roughly 40% of the Appraised Value. I don't recall when that was changed to Market Value as defined by the Definition they use now which is very close to a GSE definition. The change I think had to do with State law. Just not sure of that.

So hold the Tax Assessor for incompetence or maybe someone paid him off to make low assessments on the property. If he has done that on just Trumps Properties, how many thousands of others in NY City are below what they are worth ? lets appraise the AG House and the Judges :) LMAO

I would imagine the only one that would’ve had the incentive to pay off the Assessor to get a lower value to save on taxes would be…..wait for it….Trump Lolololololol…..just sayin’

I moved to MA in Fall '96....
At that time assessed values were low and at some point I think it had to be 85-90 percent of market....
Of course the assess values are based on 2 year old sales (I think)....

Probably because Trump is sooooo good at the Grift, it’s taken decades for things to come to light…..e.g. 91 count indictment LOL…I think the Florida Tax assessor is the least of his problems

He is good at the grift and used ot intimate anyone who would complain or expose him with a slew of aggressive lawsuits to quiet them. Worked for a long time.t
