Understand? It would have likely took accountant and lawyer and professional appraiser to have appraised it right.

True...we have taken a beating due to so called bias Complaints. We all know that in some of the cases the most likely cause of the complaint was actually for not hitting the target. We all know what that means.

That meme is too real. My dad's only foray into real estate was owning the home I grew up in. Nonetheless, I was a full time real property appraiser for about 10 years before he stopped thinking he knew more about it than I did.

So if someone(lay person) retains a Lawyer to represent them in legal matters, that is a smart thing to do. So lets take Trumps name out of this discussion and Insert your name, You now are the owner of all of trumps properties and have all his entire estate(money) Will call it "Zoe's Dynasty"

I think any of us would do the same thing. We would hire or retain as much Professional Help possible to manage this huge amount of wealth. So did CW do something wrong. Aside from maybe being corrupt , I would imagine they did everything correctly, USPAP Compliant Report. The devil is always in the details. It is going to be dependent on what did the Zoe Dynasty provide to CW. What steps would have CW taken to verify all the data.

This Judge has a prejudice / bias against you Zoe! This is a Civil Trial. this judge foolishly revealed that in a tick-tock or you tube. What should Happen? Well you will be forced to appeal of do something to have him replaced.

So why would this judge do that? He hasn't recused himself. Simply he is keeping Zoe tied up in court which is costing you a fortune. it is also keeping you to busy defending yourself so much you can't or don't have the time to do anything else. Especially campaigning.

Disclosure: I am registered as an Independent my State identifies me as 'Unaffiliated' Semantics. I often vote Democrat in local elections and Republican in national elections but not Always. I did vote for Trump. I won't be voting for Trump this time. I also won't vote for old Joe. Neither one of them are worth a Chit! Ole Joe has crushed the middle class and below with his Green Energy push. IMO he went to far to fast.

You could say I am an Enigma to the major political parties.

I get the feeling that Trump, over the years, has made a lot of enemies with similar tactics --- and "someone" or rather "some people" have decided it's time to pay him back. Oh, who knows, maybe just because they don't like his abrasiveness or something. But, it's rather obvious they are showing off with such tactics. Of course the judge knows the assessed value is much lower than thre market value. OF COURSE he knows that. It's all BS, intentional and in-your-face.

Trump must have known this was coming. Trump being Trump, he thought he could easily take care of the problem. Trump being Trump, still thinks he can. And Trump being Trump, this crap will likely continue.
 
Florida and New York are not like CA with Prop 13. My understanding is that those states should have assessed value near market value.
If there's a wide disparity than one value is wrong. Maybe assessor office should be investigated for not doing their job.
