Obviously, I am not familiar with ins and outs of Florida real estate laws. Wondering if some or all of the restrictions can be removed if back taxes are paid as if the property had been an unrestricted. Money talks and I am sure the various units of Government would love to receive the back taxes as a windfall and then be able to tax the property without limitations.
Historic designation restrictions are not tied to tax or tax arrears.
Any particular restrictions Trump reached were a trade to get the variance from residence only to guest member club use. Idk if he has back taxes owed-If bet PBC would rather sell the property for tax arrears lien satisfaction and be rid of him - if it came to that

He will blame it on CFO. I don't think it will save him in NY. He will be lucky if he don't get behind bars for 30 days if he don't shut up.

Idk what it is worth. Mar a Largo has private club restrictions on it wrt what could be built on it or what business can be operated on it and that would diminish the value-I assume the RE taxes, insurance and expenses are tremendous-

I doubt the judge's value estimate would decide it -
Is Mar a Largo a business? If so, value its income. I doubt it makes much and doesn't worth as much as Trump thinks.

It's not that dog. It has deed restrictions on the conservatorship Trump put it under.

They have him there.

Remember we appraise real property rights.

They have him there.
This week went badly for Trump. His dirty antics didn't work with the judge.
I'd seen Trump handle many pressures, but I see it's getting too much for him especially losing his empire and his billionaire status.
Forbes dropped Trump from 400 wealthiest billionaires.
And yesterday, Trump dropped his $500 million lawsuit against Cohen.
He was supposed to have a disposition but reality set in realizing that case will make Trump look even worse.
Trump couldn't take it anymore and left the court early. The pressure is getting to him.

HIs CFO can just turn in their accountant license in
