I think it is possible. A judge told an appraiser that does a bunch of court work that he was the law in his court room. They can throw contempt on you quick. A man or woman with a gun and handcuffs will lead you out. OK But thats a whole new value issue, and one not capable of being made by Judges or armchair quarterbacks. Maybe it has 500 Club Members who are registered sex offenders and ones who have never been caught. They know if it gets sold they will have no place else to stay at.
