Letter From FNMA 'Baptist' can't be in report...

You are not some co-equal partner. You are a vendor. You sell and they buy. They have the right to refuse to do business with you if you become too high maintenance or if they think your work causes liability problems for them.

If you won't do it (help them minimize their exposure) then they'll just go find someone else who will. It'll take them about 90 seconds to do it.

yes...roll over lap dogs :ROFLMAO:

and it is quite funny that the bailout banksters worry about liability... :ROFLMAO:

I doubt Fannie is sending a letter to monitor their reports simply because an appraiser used the word baptist - perhaps there is another reason-

Why not. They send vague 'tips' and again, I suspect it is all computer AI doing the 'review', not a real human.

Are they asking you to lie for them or to cheat anyone? No. Your virginity remains intact.

You just don't like being told your work isn't usable unless it meets their specifications. If it's any consolation to appraisers, I'm pretty sure the GSEs also dislike being told they have to hassle appraisers to not use these terms in the appraisals the GSEs are using.

Blame it on Congress and the White House because that's where most of this has been coming from.

do not cheat lie or steal...the unethical stakeholders hate competition :ROFLMAO:
