Letter From FNMA 'Baptist' can't be in report...

Same approach when in the neighborhood of The Ohio State University.
As sprawling as that campus is, it is a neighborhood. :)
I would rather type another sentence or two as opposed to dealing with a letter from FNMA
leave the word blank and substitute [name not allowed by FNMA] and see them have a cow.

"SBU Campus". There, you haven't omitted any information which you can reimagine as being crucial to your analyses, opinions and conclusions.

Gotta be smarter than the automation. Or the checklist.

I understand there are multiple solutions, which are something less specific than what is on the sign of the actual F*!king campus.

At the end of the letter, the computer wrote, "we will continue monitoring your reports and will notify you of any further issues." Reminding me who's my Daddy.

These people have trained AI to speak just like they think, in a robotic version of the English language that is devoid human meaning/inputs/interpretation...just a list of enemy words that are not tolerated or their robot will call you a racist and take away your license in a letter.

Way of the world and in no way specific to our line of work. Think about what's happening at the lender.

No part of this controversy is about the 1A. It's about anti-lawfare and about compliance with existing fair lending, civil rights law and equal credit laws as are being enforced by the Executive Branch of the federal govt.

It's all about the lenders and others not getting fined or sued out of existence by the belligerents who want to play the Litigation Lotto. How appraisers feel about their own situation doesn't come within 1000 meters of those considerations. Especially when none of us even need to use any of these terms WRT operating in good faith and competently doing what we do.

True, but pretty sure a jury of my peers would see it my way.

After the last 10 years of this, I have a new appreciation for the youngsters in my life (kids, their friends, etc.), that have not been brainwashed yet and talk like normal unfiltered humans used to and immediately connect to those around them because they keep it real.
