The William Fall Group, one of the nation's largest independent residential appraisal firms is seeking a Limited Appraiser in Michigan to join our development program. Appraiser Trainees will develop skills and experience that lead to credentialing as a Licensed or Certified Real Estate Appraiser.
Working under the guidance of a supervisory appraiser, the Trainee will participate in side-by-side property inspections and product appraisals on residential properties, learning the various approaches to developing an opinion of value.
