Are you required to place the active comps on the grid or just supplyy the liquidation addendum to the VA?

Me too. I think it's different for different RLC's.
Maybe. Roanoke RLC. The office uses ACI and form of VA Liquidation Supplement/Liquidation Appraisal Addendum. Contact efforts, repairs, and analysis of listings and offers (no grid). Snag of the MLS comparable listing.

Honestly, haven't had a VA liquidation since the new help desk thing has been the only response to anything. The realtors and investors offer cash to anyone wanting to sell anywhere around here.

There is a VA liquidation addendum that you are supposed to use. You do not grid the listings, you simply name them along with some other info,

If you are under Atlanta RLC, they have no rule that says to grid listings, you use the VA liquidation Addendum

Oh, that's what I use then. I do put in MLS photos and include on the location map.
