I guess in Upstate NY there are more Deadbeat Vet's, (Very Rare) I've always done 1-2 a month, and this year so far 9.
It is disgraceful.

You don't know me and I don't know you. however you don't call my vets deadbeat.

I am from south. I was born hillbilly. Be careful Sir.

Just the VA Liquidation Addendum w commentary is fine, also no comp photos are required for listings/pendings.
 
Once you have been a Veteran, maybe, you have any rights to judge. Grow up. Find something better to do than sit on this site.
 
Most of the ones I do are because the borrower is deceased.
 
It's not necessary to grid listings for a liquidation assignment. It is a requirement to include the liquidation addenda and that's where you include the listings. MLS photos for listings are also sufficient.
