I have lifted weights since high school and was always more focused on strength training, with cardio being tacked on for 10 minutes every so often. Started doing 45 minutes of cardio 3x per week, which has had some benefit.
Trying to round out the routine to include other facets such as power (doing jump squats etc.), rather than just strength. With more emphasis on cardio, my strength has dialed back a bit, but that is OK. Interested to hear what everyone else does here.
