Engaging in any acts of monopolization such as restricting any person from entering the relevant geographic market or causing any person to leave the relevant geographic market,

I know that situation. I will whistle blow for half of what Robert Madsen received. 28 million seems like a fair compensation.

But i do have a legit question. Has there ever been an infraction of the presumptions? And who monitors that the presumptions are met?

Wow. You are really on a roll. I suspect your analysis of all this is just as solid as the analysis that resulted in your assertion that the average fee had to be paid. :)
Have a good one!

Run, make some phone calls.

Shooting yourselves in the foot is the understatement of the year!

You can't violate a presumption.

You either qualify for a presumption, or you don't qualify for a presumption.

Oh,
but look at the investigation necessary to qualify for a presumption.

Ghee,
Some folks act like DAs are the DOJ and FBI which can't find any criminial activity when they look at things.

Oh man,
and the state is broke too?

Not the way i read it. Presumptions are just qualifying the C&R so they can be violated.

Because if they pay the same for a cookie cutter vs complex , then they are violating the presumptions either 2a or 2b.

And now take it easy on me.

:ROFLMAO:

Don't worry how you read it.

Know that Danny is now on the phone getting legal clarification for it.

:ROFLMAO:

And the funniest thing is that all that investigation goes back to when the law became effective, 4/1/2011, not when the state got it's enforcement act together.

:ROFLMAO:

Text book examples in my mind.

But I'm not a an attorney.

:ROFLMAO:

Almost makes one wonder how many residential appraisers in LA left the industry since 4/1/2011 and if they could be surveyed for reasons why they left the industry.

:ROFLMAO:

And the survey says!
