I wasn't aware she posted in AF.
A long time. She was a licensed appraiser at one time. She undertands public trust. I was really hard on her. I had some really good helpers.

I think she quit because of me. I miss her.

I think I absolutely wore Ms. Joan out. She said no more Senior. LOL

I just kept baiting Joan. She would bite the bait time after time. I would catch her and turn her loose. I would bait again. She would bite and I would turn her loose. She got tired of getting caught in lies.

Many others here can tell you how much Joan Trice changed the profession. Made a bunch of money doing it.

Me and Joan have a love/hate relationship. LOL

My love comes from her willing to engage and knowing that she knows what public trust means. She is also very pretty.

My hate comes from her actions motivated by greed and pride. Her motivations are not public trust.

I will feel bad if Ms. Trice has passed. RIP if so.

I used to get up at like 3:00 am to see my buddy Joan's post on this forum. She may not be feeling well. I don't want to speculate. She may be getting nervous on liability. I don't want to speculate. We had very intriguing conversations between me and Marion and Evincere. LOL

I was the nice one that kept Joan going. Joan really could not answer any of my questions that were legitimate questions. Perhaps she was peeing in bushes at time and could not answer. LOL

Digger was bad on her too.
"Could not answer any legitimate questions", sure sounds like a Politician, not an appraiser advocate. I'm sure she is doing well, whatever Clear and Transparent she is pushing.
