I've seen a lot of property in the last year where entire communities were burned to the ground. Rural area. Lots of MH's. All that's left are steel chassis.

It is a manufactured home with add on. Unless we are writing fiction instead on non-fiction.

Manufactured homes are stick built in a factory. More importantly, what kind of law suits would happen if a new owner buys a home thinking it is a site built home and finds out it was originally a manufactured home? I have seen two lawsuits regarding this is 25 years. They even put brick exteriors around them here to try to fool people. The truth always sets you free.

I'll defer to the people here who have more expertise than I do when it comes to appraising a MH. My question is wouldn't it be dependent on which code (HUD or local) the rebuild conformed to?
