Manufactured vs Stick Built

much better distinction between the two construction styles would be 'site built' vs 'manufactured'... at least in brewers' world. :)
Technically speaking I suppose...if particle board qualifies as "stick"...

When I see a truck load of pre-fab walls and roof trusses being delivered to a bunch of ESL 'assemblers' at the home site, I have to wonder if it really matters much anymore. I suppose some hair-splitting bureaucrat that needs to keep a job sees a difference but in reality, the new vinyl village "stick built" home that's assembled like a Lincoln Log set has no claim to higher quality over many of the manufactured/modular homes I've encountered.

Distinction without a difference comes to mind.

and resins
Now you're just being ornery.... the studs in a manufactured home are NOT particle board. And particle boards are made out of wood. Manufactured homes are stick built - regardless of the quality.
