They said it would be on YouTube later, OCC appraiser bias hearing. I missed the first hour of it but had to register for the Zoom meeting. Rohit Chopra brought up Michelle Bradley and her husband's company profiting from PAREA as a potential conflict of interest. He pointed out their "conduct" in excluding government staff from the meetings and said they have a history of "sidestepping" regulations and oversight. Bunton was "not sure". Chopra pointed out that Bunton kept saying "we" when speaking of TAF, but kept demurring that he was not a voting member but "could express his opinion" on his potential replacement to TAF. Wonder who he'll choose as his successor?
Oh oh the shills won’t be too happy to hear that.

all very interesting...i have never heard miller double speaking  :rof::rof::rof:

Oh the shills heads are about to explode again. Everything we’ve talked about is coming true corruption from top to bottom.

Speaking of the "racial inequality gap in generational wealth" from Hsu's statement, Ed Neilly from the MS Appraiser Board spoke about training for 2 years for free while bartending at night. I worked at a restaurant at night as well while training. I grew up in rural Mississippi with school teachers for parents. All white people do not possess "generational wealth". That is a myth. The only reason I was able to buy a house is because I worked myself near to death at 2 jobs to get a house. My mom didn't buy a house until she was 60. And in Hsu's comments, he was already talking about "tapping home equity" for school loans, expenses, etc. Not to be all Dave Ramsey about it but NO, that is not what these hypothetical first time buyers need to do. That is exactly what is wrong.
