Missed the Drawing - Assessor sketch v Mine

Good rule of thumb in my experience: The older a sketch, the more likely it is to be wrong in some way. I think appraisers just didn't measure to the same accuracy as today 20+ years ago.

I measured pretty much the same way in 1991 as I do now (ANSI style) because that is how I was taught. About the only thing different is I include the staircases on the upper floor now. Assessor appraisers not so much.
