Yep the boulder heads are out there, point of fact - if we can't get in to do our business, the Bank can't do their buisness; the Buyer can't do their Business and pretty soon you'll (Realtor) be out of business.

they seem to forget that w/out the home appraised it will not CLOSE.
and seem to think we can just run back out at anytime....

I go to the subject first 90% of the time its unlocked, I measure my way around and try all doors, garage door windows etc. If the weather stripping is not in and sometimes even when its in the old credit card behind the latch works 90% of the time. After I do the house I then try to speak w/the on site "person". If they are unavaialble I take a picture of all the homes which look like they were recently purchased(no landscaping, no curtains, builder "sold" sign etc., focusing on the "clone" looking homes), sometime 20+ pics digital film is very cheap. Then my office calls for details and sales from the sub, we inquire about the ones which have pictures for.

BAMM no second trip!
