I was the first to find the link to her website. I say this not to preen, but to inform you that I emailed her informing her of this forum and of our willingness to assist her if she needed appraisal or consulting services to support her practice anywhere in the country.

Ms. Dollar replied after two or three days and noted that she had subscribed to this forum and that she would keep us in mind should she have questions or needs relating to appraisals.

So we're on her radar screen, just as she is on ours.

Let me add that other forumites have also highlighted this website. Posting it again and again does no harm. Quite the contrary.

An update on Rachel Dollar and The Mortgage Fraud Blog

For all my friends and colleagues who wonder where I've been the past week or so, I've been recuperating. Unfortunately, I happened to be in a small car when a gentleman in a large van ran a red light at a rather high speed. Fortunately, I was not seriously injured and hope to soon be back to my normal practice of keeping the industry informed as to the whereabouts and activites of the *alleged* fraudsters. And for the many who have asked, the Mortgage Fraud Blog mailers will also resume shortly.

FYI...she emailed out a picture of the car she was in.....It didn't look too fun.....
