For anyone that gets caught up in the "sweep" that is coming in June please do NOT get on here & start crying. YES there will be some that were probablly innocent hopefully they'll be able to prove it over time. I believe that there have been a few on here that have been telling you that this is coming for some time. Think I myself might have mentioned it once.
The use of the word YOU has no bearing on any particular individual on this Forum or elsewhere.
This will probablly be my last post until sometime in June. So for those that think they may not have been trained properly. I suggest that you go to them before they come to you. rather your Certified,Licensed, Trainee or got you 100 years in the business. These Indictments are paper they have NO emotions.
IF your NOT sure rather your Trainer could USE you as a Sub Contractor or not I'd get the FACTS directly from the IRS. IF you forgot to mention a Rental or sale or purchase of a home from 2004 to 2007 taxes I'd ask for amending forms. IF you assisted RE Agents in helping some good folks get into a home, I'd mention it. In other words You should be talking to any of the above mentioned members before they unseal the indictments produced by several Grand Juries in several states. scheduled for the second week of June I don't know all of them BUT in AZ, I am even very nervous. Am I right or wrong about this coming to a state near you. WOW there is a question!!
Think of it this way: This Crisis has put the largest burden on the economy in recent history next to the depression of the 30's!!! SOMEONE has to pay!! SOMEONE has to account for it!!. THINK who is the easiest targets. Imagine a minimum of 200 people per state that have been indited. Think they are NOT going to be talking at a extreme rate of speed. Remember the first RATS get the best piece of cheese.
I probablly shouldn't be saying anything about this June sweep. But guys & gals I really care about this profession. I know that MOST those on this Forum care BUT we have gone to long & let others dictate what should & should not be. Now the Sweep is coming & it is not going to be pretty even IF it's half as succesful as those involved are predicting. Watch for clues, listen for clues, like Operation Homewrecker. Apprasisal orders on sales that occured in 05-06. Review request direct from lender. ETC ETC
Minimum of 200 indictments per state that are involved!! This will be History in the making.
