That and let's be honest, turning our side into a clone factory only benefits education providers, corporate interests, and licensing authorities. All of those rural appraisers she wants to churn out will find out soon enough why little to no appraisers are based in those areas. And when they do, they will either move to another area or leave the profession feeling duped. But don't worry, MPAT or PAREA will mint another inexperienced appraiser with false promises soon enough.If getting licensed is easy and fast (I assume PAREA can be done part time like MPAT) it will be much easier to get people to risk their license to profit from the next uptick as they will not be investigated until things slow down after they made their money....depending how much that is being an AMC monkey.
