Has anyone seen Brad Ellis?

Last post on here was June 19.

Interesting, eh? Especially since he loved his job and they loved him. How could this symbiotic relationship exist? Only the shadow knows??

Brad is probablly very busy. I believe he'll "resurface" in due time. This is NOT Brads first Rodeo.

It's not easy walking the walk and you deserve full credit for doing so in the face of more pressure than most of us can even imagine dealing with.

Thank you Vernon. Makes me proud just to know you are out there.

Has anyone seen Brad Ellis?
He's GONE, got the Pink Monkey when the Feds Swept in. Looks like the Buddies at TAVMA got their AMC boys taking over the appraisal process for IMB.

As a Note, the appraisals are crap from these guys and yes are going through Appraisal Port.

Incidentally, someone passed my blog onto the FDIC. Their criminal investigators debriefed me last Thursday in IndyMac's former HR department.

Now if they would just start investigation ALL members of tavma! Vernon, let them know they have a great RICO case there.

Wow. Great story, and great ending. I hope you're a millionaire 10 times over!

What does it mean when you are on the phone and you hear clicks?

Great post with a great ending!

IndyMac played by their own rules in what they thought was their own game. I am so glad to hear that the Feds are still investigating. There are so many people who lost in these types of games.

Thanks Vernon! You were in a high position and your morals & ethics never waivered & I appreciate that not only as an appraiser but as a human!

The IndyMac behavior is nothing new. I was with big S & L as a staff appraiser in the mid 1980's to early 1990's.

I didn't have ringside seat like Vernon's, but I saw and heard enough to know things weren't quite right. The sorts of things he talks about were commonplace back then. Recent events should not have been surprising. Human nature has not changed. People bear watching.

I, too, was wondering about Brad Ellis. He hit me pretty hard about some suspicions I had expressed about another lender.
