Hello Fellow Dudes and Dudettes,

I wanted to check in and say hello. Putting in 91 hours this week. Keep your spirits high and keep pushing!

My five man team is trying to complete 47 or so deals this week! Half of them are private deals. Keep your fees high and keep pushing toward that goal!

Rates are rising like a ****, but we keep trying to reach that goal-O.

I just wanted to say Hello-O to my fellow bro-Os.

Balls to the walls!

There is a cargo ship carrying about 1000 new Porsche's on fire in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean right now. How many of those did you order? :rof:

Zero. I am remodeling my father in law's home right now. Smooth white stucco, new black dual pane windows that are tinted, new electrical, and new plumbing.

Keeps your spirits up guys! When I saw the 10yr go high in early Jan, I went balls to the walls! Keep putting that high energy out and it will come back your way!

your picture should have the road runner. i thought in louisiana it was 'you all'. are you from calif, must be. around my neighborhood we would say 'yo'

Five appraisers should do 50 a week. What a bunch of slackers!
My wife is licensed but doesn’t actually fo appraisals anymore. She just sets up the appointments and provides great “favors”. I ended up doing 30 of the appraisals myself.

Not many folks know the origin of this saying. I am informed that the saying comes from an old pilot saying where the PIC (pilot in command) would turn onto the runway after having taken it active, then pushes all the 'sticks' (throttle/mix) to the dash. The sticks would often have balls or knobs on the end, hence the term 'balls to the wall' on takeoff.

Beat me to it, learned that when I read the Right Stuff. Most people envision something else entirely.
