Mr. La, thanks for sharing. What is your average fee for the 47?

Hello Fellow Dudes and Dudettes,

I wanted to check in and say hello. Putting in 91 hours this week. Keep your spirits high and keep pushing!

My five man team is trying to complete 47 or so deals this week! Half of them are private deals. Keep your fees high and keep pushing toward that goal!

Rates are rising like a ****, but we keep trying to reach that goal-O.

I just wanted to say Hello-O to my fellow bro-Os.

Balls to the walls!
One thing sticks out in your post. When and if I were comment about how much appraisal work I have completed I would use 'assignments' instead of "Deals".

Deals comes across the wrong way to most people. I seem to recall Car Sales People use 'Deals; a lot in their work environment. I have never never sold/traded in cars for a living. My brother in law has and he used the word 'Deals" quite a bit.

Just busy. Completed 85 appraisals so far this month. Averaging 100 a month. 2 of my guys passed the state test and are licensed now. I have one last trainee studying for his certification. We are going strong. Builder and private appraisals are strong. Teamed up with an AG to do commercial appraisals. Got 6 apartment narratives to do! Let's go!
Just please tell us you didn't hook up with the CG sweatshop that has been pumping out some truly incapable CGs for the last few years. Those shake-n-bakes don't seem to know how to do anything beyond running a Co-Star query for comps. They ALWAYS miss comps that are more relevant.

"apartment narrative" itself is an LOL

Commercial and residential brokers both appear to live by the term 'deals'. Like you, I think of appraisal as assignments, or even jobs. Never deals. When I brokered, it was sales, leases. Deals sounded cheap, but others used the term.
