My prediction on 3.6

On the other hand, people that work in very homogeneous markets with many very similar type single family properties will benefit greatly with AI or AI could replace them. If all you do is cookie cutters, it will help you most likely because it will speed you up. AI replacing you in that scenario is unlikely because they want the appraiser to hold the liability. GSE's liability is already increasing on waivers and such. GSE will try to push it on lender and lender will say you accepted the loan. It will be dog fight.
 
Agree! I also tried Aivre, and the AI generated fields were so incorrect it is amazing this got the ok from Fannie/Freddie. They can KMA also!

As with UAD 2.6, GSE verification for software for UAD 3.6 is limited to verification that the report meets the technical requirements of the UAD 3.6 specification and the report generated complies with that standard. Software is verified to meet the specifications. It is not approved or endorsed.

As I have said several times now, I encourage appraisers to try multiple options, especially while free trials are being offered. Having used several of them them myself, and having seen demos of all of them, I can say with first hand experience that they certainly do not all work the same. What one person thinks is great, another person may not like at all.

I find all the passive aggressiveness and cynical deflection on this site annoying at times.

Either contribute something, or keep quite and let a conversation unfold. Not you specifically, but I cannot follow some of the posts because these people only talk in passive aggressive snark tone that leaves me puzzled as to what they are getting at.

Are they mocking all new ideas because they have pea brains or no? We are here to discuss options. You can't shut down the discussion and offer up nothing as a solution.

Are any of these companies or the GSE’s paying appraisers to do their testing for them? I’ll wait till the software companies and GSE can put out a working product before I donate my time.

They’ve had people working on this for eight years now. youd think it would be pretty polished up by now.

I’d love to sit and spend the week not making any money and screwing around with several variations of new software that doesn’t work, but unfortunately I have bills to pay.

What happened with that guy from Regorra , he was supposed to put out a 3.6 version over the weekend a couple months ago. :rof:
 
Which companies have the better UAD 3.6 . I am a alamode user for many years but I do think that appraiser supported AI would be very productive
