My prediction on 3.6

If an appraiser verifies and scrubs the AI-populated fields for errors, then they will lose all the time gained.
This is correct. AI can't be trusted to fill out the fields without errors. We all know that ChatGPT instead of saying that it doesn't know an answer, will just make it up. This whole AI will fill out the form for you in 45 minutes is a straight up lie and a marketing technique for fools to believe.

This is not true. Have you even done an AI assisted report? Why are you advocating appraisers keep using a virtue signaling type writer?

You guys haven't even done an AI assisted report and are burping up bs to virtue signal that the old way is superior without offering an alternative. You are gonna add 3 hours per report using alamode, for the same fee? Cmon people.

Pessimists always sound so damn smart.

Most confusing data input with the software thats easiest and best for how they work. If you like to pull and insert your data manually then just continue to do it that way and be done.

In many cases it takes longer to verify and adjust auto populated data then just doing it manually.

Again GET FOCUSED ON finding the software program you feel most confortable with not about AI.

On one of the fakebook forums, allegedly, a staff for a lender started a thread on truetracts. Truetracts noted declining when the market was appreciating. She put out a warning....

There was another thread where the review appraiser stated that they were just going to use truetracts...

LOL..... the OA uses truetracts....the review appraiser uses truetracts...I almost shet myself when I read that.


Ps....depreciated pool adjustments at $75k seems to be the new book adjustment....thats what im seeing in most reports now for pool....BS....

It seems we went from the old mentors book of adjustments to the software book of adjustments.

So are you saying that AI is 100% accurate?

So are you saying that you are not double checking what the AI spits out?

Using AI can save some time....but you better be double checking....
