Great idea.

To become licensed to sell insurance in the state of Arizona requires submitting a fingerprint card.

The mortgage profession should have had this requirement a long time ago.

Wow! So was this like some futuristic transgender thing? No fingers is rather handicapping for an appraiser isn't it? That sounds really difficult to get a license needing fingerprints and no fingers.

I'm thinking retnal eye scanning should be required. Make a mortgage application and they issue you a reader to scan the eyeballs of all the sundry professionals you get to deal with, LO, appraiser, processor, closer, etc. Condition of picking up your check is the return of the reader.

I got a kick out of a couple of threads about faxes, and suddently we
got 3 days of efax ads.

I'll be for fingerprinting the day after Obama serves his time for using
cocaine (not really, but I wondering if it will generate a anti-drug banner).

The only thing that fingerprinting will do is give the cops another data base for minor crimes that have nothing to do with this business. The only way I coudl accept it is fi they do the background work within the industry and then lock them up and make them conifdential nobody else gets to look at them NOBODY!!
