Fingerprints required in Florida

They are required for both appraisers and real estate sales people/brokers.
The mortgage broker up the street from me is a convicted sexual predator.
Why shouldn't he be fingerprinted when he applies for a license at the Department of Professional Regulation?
A license, I might add, that gives him access to social security numbers and bank account numbers.
I wouldn't trust him with my grandchildren NOR with my financial information.
This is about the only legislation that Mel Martinez has participated in that has any meaning whatsoever.

Don't worry, a little sand paper, a little acid will fix the prints. Could do a skin graft.

IF you don't have anything to hide why worry, just another invasion on your rights. We lost so many now what is one more. It is not long until we will be required to show a card to men in overcoats and hats who approach us on the street asking to see our papers.

I have read at one time men could carry a fire arm any where in this country. Try it now? I read some where that at one time there was no income tax. I read at some time there was no auto license or drivers license, I read at one time where you dog was not required to have a dog tag. Guess times have changed.

n.J. requires fingerprints for no good reason. The one time that I can prove that one of my appraisers was altered it was done by a computer- no fingers, no fingerprints.

How was your appraiser ALTERED, Walt? Was it a man or a woman?
