Nc To Use VA Fees For C&R

Remember LA said we are going slow and deliberate.

The other thing is when an AMC gets questioned due to complaints from appraisers or anybody else, then them HAVING to show proof can open other legal issues easily like antitrust issues or other legal issues.

C&R is not dead. Call LA and they will tell you they are working slow and deliberate. That is what has held the FTC back IMO.

Now if appraisers or a state brought an antitrust lawsuit, it's over due to the oligopsony market power on price.

The cattle farmers and the fast food industry are a prime example. The cattle farmers bowed their back and the fast food Giants said Ok, tell us what you want us to do.

No, it is not.

It is also not what many appraisers think/hope/wish that it was/is :)

Brother, I have dear respect for you. There is just so much division. The cattle farmers only had them and the fast food Giants.

Reminds you of how diverse real estate is.:rof:

Real estate is the base. Lol

Danny, I realize you are not in control even in your own organization. That should clean some air.:)

Why would a guy who says he has no interest in fees because he works for a M.I. Co be wasting his time arguing over them?

Justified or not the subject matter of C&R had an effect on fees paid. It appears to have caused them to trend higher.
