That was awesome too! Lol..

How about the Gilda and Chevy Chase spoof on the Electric Company....
"Sc - ab, Scab; pick - et picket...don't, it might get infected!" That was during the days of Teamster strikes and picketing.

Oh that's right...it was actually Jane Curtain and Chevy Chase that did that skit. Those days of Gilda, Jane and Chevy were the best weren't they? I remember being so excited for Saturday nights, because I always laughed so hard. :rof: Great stress release at the end of the week.

Please point out those posts where the poster acted like a child? I try to be helpful when I can but I'm sorry, your opening post was the only "childlike" post I saw. Your opening post portrayed you as a clueless individual, posting an unanswerable request. Sorry but I thought amazing restraint was demonstrated given the nature of your OP.
I would have to agree. I exercised considerable self-restraint and just didn't post, but it wasn't easy.

The first time you took on a consulting assignment... how long did it take you to get the report to look and read the way you wanted it to?

The tenth time you took on a consulting assignment...how long did it take you to get the report to look and read the way you wanted it to?

The first time I took on a consulting assignment, I knew there couldn't possibly any kind of standardized form for it.

Probably about the same time each time. No standardized consulting assignment, no standardized template.

He didn't ask for a standardized form. He just asked for a sample of how other appraisers formatted a consulting assignment. Do you summarize the consulting problem on the first page or the cover page or the last page? Where does the appraisal go and how is it discussed? What does the TOC look like? Do you write it like a news story or do you write it like a technical document?

Blah, blah, blah...

It depends!
