Oh that's right...it was actually Jane Curtain and Chevy Chase that did that skit. Those days of Gilda, Jane and Chevy were the best weren't they? I remember being so excited for Saturday nights, because I always laughed so hard. Great stress release at the end of the week.

The first time I took on a consulting assignment, I knew there couldn't possibly any kind of standardized form for it.
