I dont
Your friendly state board...public records

I dont think so...have not in 28 years ever recieved an email from them. But.. I am going to check their privacy policy regarding email addresses[/QUOTE]My bad. At one time I used to get a newsletter.
So what this means is that if I choose to communicate with Myflorida.com on line regarding license status, renewal, etc. they have the authority to release email addresses to any and all snake oil peddlers and advertisers. Nice.

I know we got addresses for Arkansas appraisers when our group offered a class. No email was request but FOIA is often not updated since 60's or 70s and didn't discuss electronic transmission of data

Well ok. At least the State states in their privacy policy that the Appraisers email is not protected or confidential. Which is in sharp contrast to these other scamners professing confidentiality.

Kinda like Graham-Leach-Bliley It's all private so long as you assert it is private.

For $10, you can receive a cd of all North Carolina registered appraiser's phone number, email address and mailing address.

Can we chip in to buy this software, capture all the orders and sit on them?
