New Fair Housing CE requirement?

I wonder if the new property inspectors/picture takers/runners will have to take these classes? They should as they are the ones actually walking thru the house, taking notes, taking pictures and viewing the neighborhood.

Maryland and Virginia already have a three hour requirement for renewal. The latest USPAP class also spent most of their time on this issue.

Same. I have take 3 of these. NAR, my appraisal CE and as a Fannie vendor.

It seems to be a state by state requirement. I dropped my NY certification because if the extra hours. It's not required in NC... at least not yet.
