New Fannie/Freddie Forms

Down the rabbit hole again, UAD 3.6 requires the subject's and comp HERS ratings. You can guess or at least search these two links (you can bet reviewers will):

Now if anyone wants to drill into how answering "Most" to more than one comp makes any sense, that's a whole other debate.
But we already see that all the time, no? I've read countless reports that state, "Most weight was afforded Comps 3 and 4."

That is not a requirement. There are optional fields for reporting energy efficient and Green Items, but those fields only display when the appraiser uses them.
That is the difference between the static forms that we have used (current UAD) vs a dynamic data set (new UAD).
Look at the SF5 example posted on the GSEs' web sites.

Thanks for the clarification. The sample form Fannie SF1_Appraisal_v1.2 posted shows the field and I lifted the links from someone I thought was knowledgeable (see below). My apologies for the fake news posted, I thought the source was correct.

Correct me if I am wrong. But it my understanding that many of the fields only appear if the "situation" exists
