That is correct. If you look at the example scenarios posted on the GSE web sites you can compare them and see that they have different data fields, depending on the property type and characteristics.

Also, the report is organized in a far more logical way (e.g. photos and text are not stuck in an addendum). That should make review easier and reduce the number of revision requests that are generated by an u/w just not finding a comment in a long addendum.

You might also note that the total length is not that much different from total length today.

Thanks, that was my impression from the beginning, otherwise what would be the purpose of a dynamic form. It makes sense to organize items in a logical manner. I think some of the changes were the result of appraisers placing comments all over the place. I always referred to an exact page for comments that wouldn't fit in the provided fields such as neighborhood boundaries and description, market conditions etc. But from reports I have reviewed over the years that did not appear to be the norm.
