Can anyone recommend a good course about the new forms?

Fannie and Freddie both have about 4 hours of free training on their web sites.
Every major vendor is offering the same basic course with CE credits for a fee. Contact your favorite course provider if you wish to go that route

I attended a 3.6 class on Tuesday. Biggest takeaway is the 3.6 is not yet operational. Perhaps it's too early for a class?
Much like the infamous vaccine a few years ago, they're seeking lab rabbits. I'm in no hurry to be versed on something that will undergo dozens of changes before it's released, paused and fixed.....and then tested again....but I'll not hinder the eager volunteers.

What's to learn. When you check a box, it either goes to a related questions, or goes on to the next question. What you will learn is the amount of home and comp minutia to check box youself faster to h*ll and the pain of minutiaism.

Mckissock is offering a live class. At least you can get continuing ed to the road uad3 hell.

It's, again, not OUR form. We are Appraisers, we select the proper way to deliver a report. Why do we allow an outside influence to dictate what we do/report???? They pay us...
I'm very old school, 30+ years Certified, add 10+ years as a RE Broker. Not a profession for any of my college ++ Kids.

The Columbia Society is offering a UAD seminar. But it is only approved for CE in New York.

Mckissock has 7 house webinar course next month. At least i don't have to take a continuing ed course the 10th time again.

Just starting one frankenform, and the first few pages were painful, and slow.
