New 'memo" from LSI

I’m a “Clickform Appraiser”. I will not become an ACI Appraiser! You hear this “chief appraiser”.
I have a copies of a "Clickform" originated appraisal that was delivered to LSI in secured .pdf format that came out of LSI in ACI software - with a few changes along the way. Headed to a Federally Regulated Lender!

Also have some originated in Alamode and other appraisal forms software...
some say "AIReady" after they went through these AMCs, some say ACI software.

My post was for the poorly written memo from chief appraiser. You cannot be either an ACI or a Clikform Appraiser. I wanted chief appraiser to recognize his poor choice in labeling the appraisers.

So, it doesn't really matter what software you use or whether you send an appraisal in a locked pdf, it will be changed anyway.

I wonder how many $$$ ACI made for developing a pdf cracker that will unlock appraisals and convert files to ACI format. I wonder how ACI logically rationalized this would be legal? I wonder if the $$$ will cover the damages...if this is what really has occurred? Maybe I have the information incorrect, but it sure looks like ACI serves everybody but the appraiser. ACI can always come on here a clear this up. Appraiser's Choice, what a joke!

At least I know what I delivered and have three types of copies to prove it.

Be careful, you might get a call from a Rich guy defending their processes and products.

We should start a club.

No we should start a Class Action Law Suit!

Pam,

Do you know the position of Software providers as to the ability to break into our forms and change them? I would be curious as they may.. somewhere down the line be at just as much risk as we are for their software. I would be really curious the thoughts of Adobe. They promote a secure product and it is not.

Pam, could this also be "part cause" of the mortgage meltdown? If they wanted, could Wall Street/FBI/Government see this as an issue?
