I just go into my spreadsheet and change the pending listings to active listings. It takes a few seconds to change a P to an A.

I create my 1004mc results through spread sheets because their are a ton of stats that can be gathered from that data. Biggest problem is their export file only allows for 50 fields, I could use 75+. Their typical template export is missing important data but has more fields. Whats frustrating is that the new system is a copy of another that I have used and had Way more functionality and customization of use and exports. We got a striped down version of some powerful search tools.

I just cannot get the ACI analytics/TREND to work. I have tried remapping to no avail. The M/C export is grossly different from running it through TREND and I cannot get the program to populate the $/SQ Ft. It must be in the mapping somewhere and I have spent hours trying to get this to work with no success.

You could easily move the data around to fit what ACI wants using Excel & a Macro.
The question is in what sequence does ACI want the data.
Then again, if Trend says they've put it in ACI sequence/format & it doesn't work, it's up to Trend to reformat / fix it.

Thanks for your input Rick. How many more steps would your suggestion take? I am not tech savy I am curious as to weather anyone is actually using ACI analytics with TREND with no issues??. I do know that TREND has a backlog of returning any inquiries at the moment. Wondering is Redstone might be the better way to go.

If you want that, PM me with your email address.

You can just look at it for the order you want the data in,
Download the info, make a copy, in case you **, then, follow instructions on how to do a macro in excel,
from HELP facility, or utube, etc. ----
Which amount to: Tell Excel "I'm starting a macro, record it" --and when done-- tell Excel "I'm done, stop recording"

Save the macro, now it will do what you did by hand as automation.
((Hint: I always start by having THE MACRO put the cursor in the upper left corner,
and making a copy of the original data, then working with the copy ))
