Will I have to learn new sketch program in Bradford?Apparently, Bradford is offering a free, full function six month demo.
How do we get actual age of roof? Relying on owner's memory? If no permits, would that be a problem?I took a seminar on the new form the other day. All I can say is Good Luck!
Seems the amount of data such as ceiling height, wifi data available, actual age of roof needed, will only open more stips from AMC wonks.
And software pricing is starting to trickle out, no good news there either.I took a seminar on the new form the other day. All I can say is Good Luck!

I cannot tell you exactly how old my roof is and I installed it... 20? 15? Dangifino. Ceiling height? Gee, what about tapered ceilings? Upstairs and down could be different - that makes no sense whatsoever. Wifi data? Oh, my. Do they want to know if the house is wired for a landline or TV Antenna? Or, maybe how old the stove and AC are. When were the windows last replaced, if ever.ceiling height, wifi data available, actual age of roof
I don't know - I think that may work in folks' favor. I'm currently paying $100/month for Spark, but that goes away with the new integrated softwares. I pay ~ $250 a year for ACI's 'extra' add ons (flood maps, location maps, etc.). Then, of course, there's the ACI annual fee. All that to say I think the software costs may actually go down a bit (hopefully). And software pricing is starting to trickle out, no good news there either.
Who knew it, but there are actually sites that can assist with this analysis:Wifi data? Oh, my. Do they want to know if the house is wired for a landline or TV Antenna?
WiFI, maybe, but no one knows if the home is wired or has actual broadband access. Give me big enough antenna and I can get access for 100 miles.actually sites that can assist with this
