New Wa Distracted Driving Law

Has anyone ever used MLS comp photos in their report stating it was illegal to take photos while driving? "Appraiser drove by all comp properties but due to state laws regarding distracted driving, original photos were not taken." That would be a fun one to try. Think lenders would go for that? :sneaky:
And who told you to drive while taking the photo??? We're supposed to inspect it, not take the paint off of it flying by.

But hey, back in the day, I was much more distracted by Sweetie Pie next to me than I've ever been by a camera, a listing brief, a file dropped on the floor of the car or a cell phone. It wasn't called a "necking knob" for nothing.
Nothing is more distracting than my Sweetie Pie dropping my briefs while driving

BITD, most of my buddies with their own cars favored bucket seats - I maintained a good relationship with my dad, and he allowed me to use his '59 New Yorker for dates, with AC and power bench seats.

Same deal with the old man. 1966 Pontiac GTO, with the four on the floor convenient.

I don't need to see three number 2 pencils to know what they look like.

Do what your AMCs employer tells you to do.
