New Year New NAR Lawsuit

The only reason that 99% of agents and appraisers belong to the NAR is because of their monopoly and because they force people to join to get MLS access.

I hope the lawsuits put those a-holes out of business for good. Realtor code of ethics...what a fn joke.
If not for the NAR, there wouldn't be any MLS.
MLS is under threat with listings in the internet. Public can go on the internet and bypass selling agent.
Support NAR.

? Zillow etc have solds and almost all the details. And they have the agent's phone numbers to call
No kidding. But try looking by a subdivision or even a neighborhood. Zip code search is pretty much worthless in most urban or suburban areas. My neighborhood has 3 different zip codes in a relatively small area and some of those zip codes actually cross into other neighborhoods

NAR does us a service with their MLS and history.
In my last appraisal, I was desperate for listings None similar in size and price range.
Being lucky Fernando (I'd been lucky in my life), while driving around, I saw a similar house with a for sale sign.
I went back to the MLS and couldn't find it. When I put in the address, that property was an expired listing.
MLS had a history of the price changes to the time of expiration.
Thank you Realtors' MLS.
